How Quickly a Seed Grows

These seeds were planted two days ago!

It seems as if there is a race between the rocket and cress for first place,

then in third place is the lettuce, followed by rosella and beetroot.

It seems this warm humid weather in QLD is hurrying things along.

I am noticing other things in the garden have gone crazy after the few lightning

storms we had recently. Coincidence? Perhaps not, as I was told today that lightning puts Nitrogen into the soil and promotes growth...I may need to see the science on this.

Well the rain and sunshine has certainly helped I know that for a fact.

We have QLD Arrowroot popping up new shoots and cucumbers on the vine now.

I fear we may wake up one morning only to discover we are cocooned in vines!
