Homemade Rosella Jam

 This is such a beautiful plant and the jam is delicious!
Recently our Rosella bush went crazy with growth and fruit, so I found a recipe and made some jam. The first time I made it, I followed the proportions correctly and it set perfectly, however the second batch was runny, but useful in other ways I am sure.

Definitely a worthy addition to the garden.
