Tomato Chutney Relish

 We have heaps of tomatoes on the vines and so I tried my first chutney/relish attempt.
I roasted the tomatoes then added them to some chopped up green apple, 
dates, chilli, roasted capsicum, red onion, red wine vinegar, little sugar 
and probably some other things that I can't quite remember?
Then simmered for a while till a bit of a reduction happened.
The tomatoes are lovely also with basil, olive oil, balsamic and salt!
